Tidy Island is an exclusive waterfront community, home to young families as well as retirees.   The island is approximately one mile long, located to the north of Sarasota Bay in Bradenton, opposite Longbeach.

In addition to the natural beauty of the sparkling bay waters and nightly pink-orange sunsets, Tidy Island residents enjoy close proximity to a 140-acre wildlife sanctuary, which is home to many colorful and exotic bird species.
