Venice Real Estate

Venice is located in Sarasota County and lies to the south of the general areas of Osprey, Nokomis and Sarasota. Venice offers a wide range real estate possibilities from small homes and condos to fabulous waterfront estates. It is bordered on the south by the greater Englewood area. 

The driving time to Sarasota is 30 minutes. If you are traveling to Venice you can reach the area from I 75 or from the Tamiami trail. By air one can fly to either Sarasota, Tampa International or Fort Myers. 

In general, real estate in Venice is more moderately priced than Sarasota.
