The Coeur d'Alene real estate market is solid.  There is an even number of buyers and sellers in all price ranges.  The average house sells for $134,000 after being listed for 30-60 days.  These prices are up 30% from only two years ago.  New construction is the strongest in this area, expanding on residential areas to meet the new of new residents coming in for jobs.

 

Boise real estate is strong and the average home sale price is $240,000.  Houses are on the market for 30-60 days and get 90-95% of their asking price.  This is a slight decline in recent years, when they were getting full asking price due to a limited supply.  Idaho homes have been built in subdivisions and suburbs to accommodate the growing population.
